Return Eligibility:
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
How to Return:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the damaged or incorrect item.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
- All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.
